Replace a group's name and members.

replace_scim_group

    This operation declares no security requirement: it takes no token.

The members listed become the team's whole roster: anyone not listed leaves the team, anyone new joins it while the team is below its member limit. A member id that is not a person provisioned for this organization is skipped. Called with one of the organization's SCIM tokens as a bearer.
