Returns what happened to the work item a page at a time, newest first: created, edited, status changes, closing and reopening, moves, assignments, relations, comments and resolved threads, commits and merge requests that referenced it, and criteria verified or failed by CI — each with who did it and when. The timeline follows the work item when it moves. Anyone who can see the work item may list it — on a public group, without signing in.
