Close a group-scoped work item
close_group_issue
issue:update
A token needs theissue:updatescope: Update work items — status, fields, hierarchyGranted bymcp_agent_write,write_api,write_repository.Every operation this scope unlocksAudited · mutation
x-gitmoap-audit: {"kind":"audited","arg":"mutation"}
Moves the work item to a done or cancelled status — the one you name, or the default done status. Completing it is refused while an open work item blocks it, and while a required acceptance criterion is unmet, when the issue settings say so; cancelling is never held back. Developers and above may close any work item, its author their own; closing one already closed is refused.
