UpdateProviderSettingsRequest

Body for editing an existing install's version policy — the allow-policy and the track-latest toggle. Distinct from upgrade_provider (which moves the pinned default_version, gated by changelog-ack): this edits which versions are declarable and whether the install auto-advances. Every field is optional; an absent field leaves that setting unchanged.
