ManualApproval
An approval gate on a step. With no approvers, anyone with Developer access to the repository
may decide; a list narrows the decision to the people, teams and roles it names, as they stand
when the approval is given. On a step that deploys to an environment requiring approval, the
list may only name approvers the environment also names.
Shape
